Enjoy a culinary experience that combines artistry with exceptional drinks! Chef Vincent Minissale develops seasonal menus that showcase his skills and techniques, honed through years of culinary experience, exploration, and experimentation. The thoughtful selection of locally sourced ingredients will captivate your senses and thrill your palate. Chef Minissale is dedicated to sourcing ingredients from local suppliers to support the community. The Boiler Room's meticulously crafted cocktails embody the art of mixology, showcasing innovation, tradition, and creativity. Each signature cocktail is crafted by Samantha Krauss. Heres what we dined on First course - Shrimp cocktail - Fat basters ( oysters) Second course - Fois gras - Salmon tataki Third course - Grilled 14oz prime NY strip done Pittsburgh rare (IYKYK) - The meat is from CreekStone Farms - Miso glazed Halibut I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. New York and Philly restaurants have competition in Chef Vincent . Tell him the PhillyFoodFanatic says hello

This place is amazing, we started off with the dates which I didn't think I was going to like, but my girlfriend convinced me and it was delicious. The ravioli and steak were fantastic, but the lobster ceviche took the cake for my favorite dish of the night. Again, wasn't expecting to like it but it was absolutely savory. One problem I always find with restaurants is pretty simple, my water is never filled. The wait staff here is quite the opposite and attentive. My water didn't go dry once which I appreciate.

We have been coming to the Boiler Room since shortly after it opened. I have never been disappointed with a meal here. They put out very creative and delicious seasonal fare. The ambiance is modern yet classy and the staff is always very welcoming. Have also recommended many friends here. By far, my favorite place to dine. We are lucky to have this caliber of restaurant in the area

My fiance and I went to the boiler room last night for our anniversary dinner! It was so amazing from our super sweet waitress to the delicious food we had. They even let my fiance customize an anniversary note for me that they displayed on our table with flowers. They do such an amazing job making us both feel special! It’s so nice having a great restaurant so close to home! 10/10 recommend we will definitely be there again!!:)

I had the pleasure of dining at The Boiler Room, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for the evening. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. Now, the food—simply incredible! I tried halibut and the shrimp pasta which was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Every bite felt like a celebration of culinary artistry. The ambiance was also top-notch, whether it’s the tasteful décor, ambient lighting, or great background music. It was the perfect spot for a romantic date, family dinner, or celebration I can’t wait to return and try more of their offerings. Highly recommend the boiler room to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience!

Went to the Boiler Room for a Saturday evening dinner. First time visit. The food (had the filet mignon and risotto) was delicious our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. Cocktails were excellent as well. Definitely try the focaccia bread as an appetizer. Only minor criticism was the noise level inside the dining room; our server had difficulty hearing us as we ordered. Overall, highly recommend the Boiler Room.

Outstanding service, food & drinks! We’ve worked through most of the specialty cocktails, appetizers & entrees and we have never been disappointed. They change menus often and offer amazing nightly specials. I always order the Filet Mignon. Cooked to perfection with a beautiful char. You can’t skip desert, cheese cake and the new waffle and ice cream with caramel drizzle is a great way to end the meal. You must try the Black Coffee cocktail ( Espresso Martini) the best you will ever have!

Review is for The Boiler Room @ The Station or right next to the Station. Food quality and taste were excellent. The ambience is quaint although on the small side. The service was very good. The price can be expensive when adding in any bar drinks or glasses of wine. Excluding alcohol, the food price is comparable to a high end restaurant. I knew this going in and wasn't sure what to expect with food taste and quality. Both were excellent and price worthy. It could be $10 dollars or so cheaper but I would definitely go again. We ate the scallops for one dinner and the filet mignon for second dinner. Apps was crab salad and homemade focaccia bread. The crab salad was good but is served cold. For me I like hot crab cakes. It makes sense to serve their crab salad cold bc it is a salad. The focaccia bread was great. 4 big pieces for 2 people to share or for 4 people to each have one.

We are there for the first time on 1/3/26 and I meant to leave this review much sooner. I do not remember all the dishes, but I will say that the taste was unforgettable. What an outstanding meal. Everything was perfectly prepared and exquisitely presented. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were friendly and welcoming. The drinks were well crafted. It is well worth the money. And reservations ahead of time for a table (or even a seat at the bar) are a must.
